• Fetch and review your credit report from authorized Credit Information Companies including CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark

• Share your information with banks, NBFCs, lending partners, and service providers strictly for loan processing and servicing

You understand that credit checks may impact your credit score.

3. Services Offered

AVA Finserv acts as:

• A financial service facilitator / DSA

• A platform providing access to loan and credit products offered by third-party lenders

Services may include:

• Personal Loans

• Business Loans

• Instant Credit Solutions

• Financial Advisory

Final loan approval, amount, tenure, and interest rate are solely at the discretion of the lender.

4. Communication Consent

You provide explicit consent to receive communications from AVA Finserv and its partners via:

• Phone calls

• SMS

• Emails

• WhatsApp / RCS / App notifications

These communications may include:

• Verification

• Loan offers

• Service updates

• Promotional content

This consent overrides DND/NDNC registration unless you formally opt out in writing.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

AVA Finserv collects, stores, and processes personal data as per its Privacy Policy and applicable laws including:

• Information Technology Act, 2000

• RBI guidelines

• Data protection regulations

We ensure reasonable security practices; however, AVA Finserv shall not be responsible for data breaches beyond its reasonable control.

You agree that you will not:

1. Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

2. Submit false or misleading information

3. Attempt to access restricted systems or data

4. Upload harmful code, spam, or abusive content

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Fees & Charges

AVA Finserv may charge:

• Processing fees

• Service or convenience charges

All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to service usage. Taxes (GST) shall be charged as applicable. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• Text

• Graphics

• Trademarks

are the exclusive intellectual property of AVA Finserv. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

AVA Finserv shall not be liable for:

• Loan rejection by lender

• Delays caused by banks/NBFCs

• Technical failures

• Indirect or consequential losses

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVA Finserv against any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from:

• Misuse of services

• Violation of these Terms
